Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery, starting from when the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
How to Initiate: Email sales@suitshaven.com with “RETURN” in the subject line.
Refunds: A full refund is available only for returns due to our error (e.g., wrong size, color, or product shipped).
Restocking Fee: For all other returns, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide valid tracking information.
Condition of Returns: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. All returns will be inspected before acceptance.
